From The Winemaker
Our Sauvignon Blanc is fruit-forward, with a note of white pepper on the nose, and finishes of caramel, cantaloupe, and white nectarine. This will pair well with a citrus-glazed pork loin, melon wrapped in prosciutto, or a mild whitefish. This year’s vintage is not barrel aged.
